Polypropylene bundled twisted fiber is a substitute product developed for steel fiber. Compared with steel fiber, it has the characteristics of acid and alkali corrosion resistance, high strength, easy dispersion, easy construction, and no damage to mixing equipment.
Polymer crude fiber is made of polypropylene as raw material, processed by special parallel drawing and twisted forming process and surface treatment. It has the advantages of high breaking strength, good dispersibility in concrete, and strong grip. It can replace steel fiber for crack resistance and reinforcement of cement concrete.

Instructions for use ：
Dosage: When the crack resistance grade is required to be high, it is recommended that the dosage per cubic meter of concrete should not be less than 3Kg (volume ratio 0.3%). For general crack prevention and reinforcement, 0.8Kg of this fiber and 0.4Kg of mesh fiber can be used.
Mixing process: First add crushed stone and fiber, then add sand and stir for 2 minutes to fully open the fiber, and then add cement and water and stir evenly. It can also be constructed in the order of conventional process, but the stirring time should be no less than 4 minutes, and the vibration time should be appropriately extended to fully mix the fiber.
Packaging: Conventional packaging of crude fiber 1.0Kg/bag, can also be mixed with mesh fiber according to proportion.
Application areas: Anti-cracking reinforcement of large-volume cement concrete in industrial plants, warehouses, parking lots, airports, basements, water conservancy projects, etc.
