    54mm Synthetic macro Fiber is a polypropylene-based synthetic fiber with a length of 54 millimeters. It is commonly used to enhance the tensile strength, crack resistance, impact resistance, and durability of concrete. Serving as an effective substitute for traditional steel fibers, it is widely applied across various engineering fields, including construction, road and bridge infrastructure, and water conservancy projects.


    This specific specification falls within a customizable length range and is suitable for reinforcing general concrete structures; it performs particularly well in engineering applications where enhanced toughness and effective crack control are critical requirements. Its typical physical parameters are as follows:

It is particularly well-suited for applications involving shotcrete, bridge deck paving, tunnel lining, and foundation bearing slabs.


    The standard dosage ranges from 3 to 9 kilograms per cubic meter of concrete; however, the specific quantity should be adjusted based on the requirements of the engineering design. Research indicates that when the dosage reaches 1.0%, the concrete exhibits its most stable stress-strain performance, and the decline in compressive strength and corrosion resistance is minimized, thereby contributing significantly to extending the service life of the structure.
