    Polypropylene Bundle Fiber


    Bundle fiber, also known as bundled stranded reinforced polypropylene fiber, is a steel fiber alternative. Compared to steel fiber, it offers acid resistance, high strength, easy dispersion, ease of application, and no damage to concrete reinforcement equipment. Made from polypropylene through a special parallel drawing and stranding process followed by surface treatment, it can replace steel fiber for crack-resistant concrete reinforcement. Compared to steel fiber, it offers corrosion resistance, low wear, and a 50% lower price per unit volume.

    Instructions:


    1. Dosage: For higher crack resistance requirements, the recommended dosage is no less than 3 kg (0.3% by volume) per cubic meter of concrete. For general crack prevention and reinforcement, 0.8 kg of this fiber can be mixed with 0.4 kg of mesh fiber.


    2. Mixing Process: First, add the crushed stone and fiber, then the sand and mix for 2 minutes to fully disperse the fibers. Then, add the cement and water and mix until uniform. The conventional mixing process can also be used, but the mixing time should be no less than 4 minutes, and the vibration time should be extended appropriately to ensure thorough fiber mixing.


    3. Packaging: 1.0 kg/bag of crude fiber is standard packaging. It can also be mixed with mesh fiber according to the desired ratio.

    Crack reinforcement of large-volume cement concrete in industrial plants, warehouses, parking lots, airports, basements, water conservancy projects, etc.
