High-strength and high-modulus polyvinyl alcohol fiber has the advantages of corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, light resistance, weather resistance, good dispersibility, strong affinity with cement base, etc. It has the properties of crack resistance, penetration resistance, reinforcement, increased toughness, impact resistance, wear resistance, frost resistance and fatigue resistance in concrete mortar. It is widely used in important projects such as bridge decks, roads, hydropower station dams, culverts, tunnels, seawalls, etc. It is an ideal fiber for concrete mortar and a cost-effective product among the fibers currently used in China.

●It has excellent mechanical properties, with high strength, high modulus and low elongation.

●It has better acid and alkali resistance and chemical resistance than other fibers such as man-made fibers, nylon 6, polyester, etc.

●Light resistance: Under long-term sunlight, the fiber strength loss rate is much lower than other fibers.

●Corrosion resistance: The fiber will not mold, rot or be eaten by insects after being buried underground for a long time.

●The fiber has good dispersibility: the fiber does not stick together and disperses well in water.

●The fiber has good affinity with cement, plastic, etc., and the bonding strength is better than that of polypropylene, nylon 6, polyester and other fibers.

●It is non-toxic and harmless to the human body and the environment.

●Comparison with polypropylene fiber

●The strength and modulus of high-strength and high-modulus nylon are 2-3 times higher than those of polypropylene fiber.

●The alkali resistance, light resistance and corrosion resistance of high-strength and high-modulus nylon are several times stronger than those of polypropylene fiber.

●The affinity of nylon fiber with cement is better than that of polypropylene fiber.

●The cement-based shrinkage reduction of nylon fiber is better than that of polypropylene fiber.
