Bundled twisted fibers are replaced products developed for steel fibers. Compared with steel fibers, they have the characteristics of acid and alkali  resistance, high strength, easy dispersion, easy construction, and no damage to mixing equipment. Twisted fibers are made from polypropylene as raw material, processed through special parallel drawing and twisting forming processes and surface treatment. They have the advantages of high fracture strength, good dispersibility in concrete, and strong gripping force, and can replace steel fibers for crack resistance enhancement in cement concrete.

3Instructions for use

(1). Usage: When the crack resistance level is required to be high, it is recommended to add no less than 3Kg (volume ratio of 0.3%) per cubic meter of concrete. Generally, for crack prevention reinforcement, 0.8Kg of this fiber can be mixed with 0.4Kg of mesh fiber.

(2). Mixing process: First, add crushed stone and fibers, then add sand and mix for 2 minutes to fully open the fibers, and then add cement and water for regular mixing. Construction can also be carried out in the order of conventional process input, but the mixing time should not be less than 4 minutes, and the vibration time should be appropriately extended to fully mix the fibers.

(3). Packaging: Conventional packaging with 1.0Kg/pack of coarse fiber, or customized according to customer needs.

Strengthening the crack resistance of large volume cement concrete in industrial factories, warehouses, parking lots, airports, basements, hydraulic engineering, and other areas.
