18 micron PP microfiber ,the fiber is very fine and soft, very suitable for any concrete projects ,and can resist cracking and reduce concrete interface segregation of fresh concrete.
Polypropylene microfibers have excellent resistance to the formation of plastic shrinkage cracks, but they cannot provide any resistance to further crack width openings caused by dry shrinkage, structural load or other forms of stress. However, these products shall be specified regularly in any type of concrete to improve crack resistance, spall protection, freeze-thaw durability and improve the uniformity of concrete during pouring. The length of monofilament and pp microfiber is usually 6mm,9mm,12mm,19mm mm, and the typical dose rate varies according to the product and application, ranging from 0.3 – 0.9 kg / m3.
