Instructions:
1. Mixing amount: when the crack resistance grade is high, it is recommended that the content of concrete per cubic meter should not be less than 3kg (volume ratio: 0.3%). In general, 0.8kg of the fiber and 0.4KG of the mesh fiber can be used for crack prevention and reinforcement.
2. Mixing process: first put in gravel and fiber, and then put in sand to stir for 2 minutes, so that the fiber is fully opened, and then put in cement and water to mix evenly. The construction can also be carried out according to the conventional process, but the mixing time should not be less than 4 minutes, and the vibration time should be appropriately extended to make the fiber fully mixed.
