Ultra high performance concrete (UHPC) is developed by our company. It is composed of inorganic cementitious materials such as cement, well graded fine aggregate and different kinds of chemical admixtures. It is a composite material with many advantages such as high flow state, early strength, micro expansion, ultra-high strength and high durability. The product is non-toxic and harmless, has no pollution to water quality and surrounding environment, and has the advantages of no corrosion to reinforcement and good durability. It is a new generation of engineering materials with excellent performance and wide application fields. At present, it is mainly used in bridge deck pavement and joint connection of precast concrete fabricated bridges.
Technical features
1. The slurry has high fluidity and retention, long operation time, no bleeding and excellent construction performance. The initial fluidity is greater than 300mm, and the retention value of fluidity in 30 minutes is greater than 260mm, which can ensure that the structural gap can be fully filled.
2. The slurry is slightly expanded and has no shrinkage after long-term use, which can prevent hollowing and reduction of effective bearing surface after pouring. Due to the solid expansion material, it can be well controlled in the non shrinkage state, which can fully ensure its anchoring force.
3. It has high strength, high toughness, high durability, high explosion resistance and high impact resistance, and has the characteristics of strain hardening or continuous softening after cracking.
