Polypropylene macro twisted fiber is a kind of high performance fiber which is applied in construction engineering. It was developed successfully in the 20th century in the United States, Japan and Germany, and was put into the market in China in 2000.
The twisted fiber has the characteristics of acid-base corrosion resistance, high tensile strength, large elastic modulus, strong acid-base resistance, easy to disperse, easy to construct and no damage to mixing equipment. The fiber reinforced by twisted bundle is made of polypropylene. The material is made by special processing, drawing forming process and deep processing after surface treatment. It has the advantages of high fracture strength, good dispersion in concrete and strong grip force. It is widely used in crack resistance, seepage resistance and aging resistance of cement concrete.
